Working closely with the Lighthouse team—Scotiabank’s internal creative agency—we led the redesign of Scotiabank’s updated Investment Essentials Guide 2025, ensuring full alignment with the bank’s elevated brand expression.
The project began with a broad creative exploration, testing photographic, abstract, and mixed-media directions. Ultimately, a typographic-illustration approach was selected for its clarity, sophistication, and seamless integration with the new brand system.
The final guide is organized into four key areas of knowledge, each supported by purposeful, easy-to-read graphics that distill complex concepts into accessible insights. These visual elements help advisors communicate long-term investment strategies, contextualize opportunities, and guide clients through important decision-making moments.
As a practical and educational tool, the redesigned guide strengthens Scotiabank’s ability to deliver informed, human-centered financial advice—while presenting content in a fresh, modern, and distinctly Scotia way.
